i have one vegging outside.. can i put it on 12/12 inside for a week or so to trigger flower and then move it back outside for the sake of superior lighting, even tho we're in the begining of summer? im using cfls inside.
if the season outside doesn't match the season you create inside, then it will try to revert back to veg. You may get some preflowers to stick, but it just sounds like an easy way to stress your plant and potentially get hermies.
That is a fascinating question. Worst case I guess you get a herm, do you know if she's female? I have wondered this often myself. You'll probably get the best result if you just keep her in veg until you take her out there and then let her work out what season she's in. I have also wondered about taking them outside during the day and then bringing them back in after 12 hours. idk good luck!
