sounds pretty traumatic for the plants. I dunno if I'd recommend it... but I've seen this question asked MANY times in these forums - so do a search.

After rinsing soil off completely if needed you can cut the bottom of the net pot to feed roots through if needed just not too big so HT goes through. As long as roots are in solution with a good pH and ppm they should take off.
I just recently transplanted a tiny little seedling from soil to a hempy bucket (pure perlite). It was a little scary and I probably thought that I was going to kill it, but it is waaayyy healthier in the hempy bucket than it was in the crappy soil that I was using...
