Hey, I'm supposed to be having surgery for slight strabismus over winter break. As the picture shows, they will be removing a portion of one of the muscles and sewing it back up making it tighter. Anyways, how long do you think i should wait to smoke? I was thinking once i look healed and my black eye is gone i would be ok but what do you blades think?
I would take it slow and wait until it's fully healed to start smoking again. You don't want to fuck up your surgery and healing process because you wanted to get high. Health >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Weed
No, smoking can dilate blood vessels, i'm not sure whether that would bad but it does effect the eyes and it's not really worth it
that's what I was thinking cause i know my eyes feel strained a little when im stoned so i may just wait a couple months and be safe. won't be a problem hopefully.
Yeah, I'd put it off, smoking definitely does something to your eyes (increased blood flow, glossiness, etc). I don't know if it's good or bad, but I wouldn't risk it. Besides, they'll prob give you some nice pain meds
I dunno, safer than sorry I guess, but I smoked day before, and day of a major eye surgery recently... No problems... Really, Smoking lowers interocular eye pressure for 2-6 hours after smoking (thats why its used for glaucoma), but , coughing or holding in hits hard , can cause a huge jump in eye pressure, so just be very careful if you do smoke... PS: When i smoked day of my surgery, I couldnt even open my eyes, I had to have someone serve me up hits....
ive give that a couple of months...id rather have sober eyes that work...at least you can read GC lol
