Can i order a bong online?

As long as it's shipped out of state, yes technically it is illegal.

However, the feds aren't going to come knocking at your door because you ordered one bong lol, trust me. Think of all the headshops that carry bongs, pipes, hookahs, etc. Most of those pieces are imported from out of state or even out of country, yet the feds don't really bother them either.

It's one of those things that's technically illegal, but I wouldn't fret over it.

 

You're definitely not gonna get the police at your door because of a bong. I don't know your local laws, but it's just not gonna happen. It's good to be prudent, which you clearly are because you made this post.

I think that in making this post, you've already demonstrated the common sense necessary for you to be able to have peace of mind that you'll be okay in this scenario, and other similar ones.

 

That is a sweet bong man. To answer your question though, it depends what state you live in as to if you can order a bong online. I know Iowa and Pennsyvania make it illegal to buy bongs and most places wont ship to those 2 states. Otherwise if you have headshops in your state where you can buy bongs and such I would say its perfectly legal. Some people are also skectched out about using their credit card online. You can solve this problem by either using a pre-paid credit card, money order, or even cash (if you use this site). I just ordered a bong from this site and as far as anyone is consurned, its a tobacco water pipe so I dont see any problem with me getting it. Tons of people here order bongs online and get them just fine.

EDIT: I just noticed your in the same state as me, so yeah your cool to order a bong. The absolute worst possible thing that would happen to you is customs takes your bong out of the box and sticks a letter in the box saying you had contraband in your package. This usually never happens though unless your buying seeds or something, but a bong, no your good.

No, the letter says there was contraband in your package and it was removed by customs. There isnt any legal action or any cop banging at your door. All that happens is you lost your bong, which sucks but its better then being in jail. Since it isnt illegal unless your in iowa or PA your fine. I have even ordered seeds from attitude seedbank and got those just fine. So im sure if seeds get to me, a freakin bong will too.

 

I just got done sitting in a quiet post office in front of 15+ people trying to find out why my "tobacco accessory" was being held in customs. It even got a few chuckles from the line.. I have no shame in my love for "tobacco"!

If your in Maryland you should just drive to Docs or the nearest shop. Show some support for USA.

 

Tommy Chong went to jail because he sent bongs to PA where they are illegal to buy and sell. There's a bit more too it then that like how the DEA was in on it and entrapped him. This is why I say for the 3rd time now, if you live in PA or iowa you cant buy bongs online.

Hey I live in pa(close to Maryland) and I was also wondering if I would be fine ordering a bong off gc. Ik there is a headshop like 10min away from me but their prices are overpriced! Also what is the worst that could happen?
