You can monster crop any seed i think except autos and i have no idea on the auto, i'm starting my first auto crop on my next run. I don't think you should stress them much though from what i've been reading they get messed up pretty easy with stress.
Okay thanks I'm going to let my auto just do what it does and I'm only going to lollipop my feminized seeds save the monster cropping for regulars.
Most people say don't even top a auto, saw someone that did it and his were fine but that doesn't mean it always goes that way. My plans to just let mine grow as well. Normally i LST, top, and supercrop to get my yield. Should be nice actually not having to mess with a run for a change.
Yeah I think I might just wait till my second run I don't want to bite off more than I can chew. I'm having a hard time getting my seedlings to keep growing they just stopped.
Isn't it though?! It very addictive! I started saying I was just gonna do a few autos at a time...now multiple tents, multiple locations, indoor/outdoor, experiments ect. It never stops. My wife hates me a lil but hey, she said to find a hobby.
Absolutely! i started just this last august with a singe 4x4 600 watt box now i have a gorilla tent 600 watt too already. Enough seeds to last a year at least even a breeding project in the wind. started running three different mediums this time and experimenting. I figure it's the best way to learn it all is just to do it.
you sure can. don't do any training to an autoflower though except LST. You don't want to induce any stress during veg since you have a limited time frame that you cannot control.
You are so right I have a five-by-five flower tent more cool tubes fans and filters coming so addictive. I want to go everything I even have Peppers cabbage Tomatoes squash sky's the limit right LOL. Love my new hobby
i'm thinking about clearing one box out and using one for veggies too lol. already have strawberries and some 4 foot sunflowers to go in there.
careful with seedlings under a dome, dome is for clones you want seedlings to have fresh air i got that same space heater. i use it in my bathroom though I have considered using it in my grow but I didn't know if it was a fire hazard.
I'm just going to let the auto grow it was free anyway my next order I'm getting only regular seats because I heard you can abuse the hell out of them that's what I need I'm an experimental guy.
regular as in photoperiod or regular as in male or female? photoperiod plants are better IMO you can veg for much longer and yeah there's no worry about stress until you hit flowering. You can do almost anything to them in veg they are very resilient. you can get feminsed seeds to get all females that's what most people do.
It is definitely a fire hazard I have a new one coming from Amazon is 37 bucks digital temperature gauge wattage adjustable. That heater is my main concern right now but it's getting the job done never Falls below 70 and without a ventilation system still never goes above 75 even though I only have a 250 watt CFL for now.
I've been told to LST low stress train. It's possible but you will stunt the growth in autoflowers are not known for getting big. Give it plenty light is my suggestion I'm rookie myself.
