Can I Make Canna Oil Out Of Bud Rotted Bud?

    Hey all so I recently grew two northern lights plants and one developed bud rot. I'm wondering if I can safely make canna oil/butter or something like that so I can make edibles from it?:) thanks. I'm pretty high right now actually

    Assuming I remember correctly, and Bud Rot is a mold, you can do a butane extraction, (itll kill the mold and its spores), and then use the BHO to make cannoil

    Eating certain types of mould is considered dangerous. Like lux said blast it or run it in some isopropyl.

    Personally I would toss it, but making bho or doing a qwiso run seems like the safest route.

    I wouldn't do qwiso. Mold likes alcohol. Whenever I trim I keep a little jar of iso to dip the scissors into every 5-10 minutes to wash the resin off, and by the time I'm done trimming that things got little bits of mold forming in there, I don't think it'd be good to use already moldy weed.

    Alcohol sterilises the bud and kills the mould.

    Edit: Saying that it depends which type of mould you have.
