Yes those are called hot5 t8 t12. The t5 are probably the best and they need grow bulbs for them. If you google t5 you will run across a bunch of diff types. HPS are cheaper
y link to a government site? grr. glad someone else clicked on it b4 me. if ur usin t5, then u should be fine. u have to keep them really close to the plants though. there is tons and tons of info on t5 lighting in here.
