Can i get a mm card while visiting california?

    I live in london and after a 2 year break from school im thinking about going to a uni in California to study my courses. I was wondering do you need to have lived in that state for so many years before you can apply for a mm card?

    I think you have to be a resident there not sure though..

    You have to have a valid California drivers licence

    Fuck I hate these people coming over here to Cali just to get a mm card. If your coming to a college out here over all of the uni's in the world just so you can get a mm card while you study here please get a life.
