Can i get a card

    I'm from Florida and i am going to school out in Arizona. If i make my way over to Cali am i able to get a card? I am not a resident of Cali.

    No, you MUST be a resident of the state, which you won't be.

    even then you wouldnt be able to legally use marijuana outside the state of California.

    Yet it would be easier to get, and the dispensary also sell a lot of other things.
