I have a plant that grew very wierd. The top, where there should be a nice cola, is about 6-7 inches tall with very small buds on it. Each of these buds has only about 5-6 hairs coming out of it. It has been flowering for about 4 weeks now. The rest of the buds seem to be OK. My question is this: Can I cut the top off to force the lower buds to grow bigger? If I do cut it can I dry the top buds and smoke them even though the are not fully mature? P.S. My other plants are beautiful!!
