Strain? Weeks into flowering? Any information? Simply by the looks of it, it certainly isn't ready and could go a few more weeks. If you wanna just restart that's on you but I doubt that plant would get you that high. Best scenario is you'll get a buzz out of it. If you make hash you would get some decent smoke at least.
