Hi there, Im having 6 of 5 days old plant in 16 ounces cup with potting soil. They are growing ok but i just noticed soil in some cups seem to be too low, around 1/4 of cup. Should i add more soil into it? please advise, dont wanna screw it up! thanks
Yeah, and I recommend you do so to the one that's a little bit stretched. Bury that stem at least halfyway and you'll be in good shape.
yes, you can. probably a good idea for those lanky ones. They also look like they are stretching for light. What kind of lights are those?
they aren't that stretched, but I'd still get them some more light. Try to get one of these somewhere - they rock! If you are going to top off the soil, I like to CAREFULLY wound the stem and then put a dab of cloning solution on it first. Then cover with soil. This will encourage root production on the part of the stem you bury.
