can high wind damage plants?

    ok well i live in new mexico were it gets pretty windy here wondering if that would affect my plants in anyway

    i would stablize it with a pencil or something to be safe

    you might lose a leaf or two later but i dont think anything serious. Might even be good for it sorta like lst.

    Winds strengthen the stems, although a hurricane would probably be overkill.

    if its really windy a plant will usually adapt and genereate a stronger stem
