You have a right to your own medical documents. Don't request to have them faxed over. Ask them to print the documents out for you to pick up. Also, frankly, most mmj docs will "find" something wrong with you.
I go to an ankle specialist because ive had bad ankle pain/arthritis for at least 6 years now. Think hed be able to give me the records for a doctor? Hes got me on 125mg of Anti-inflamitories everyday,
Pretty sure they're required to give you any medical records that you ask for. Simply ask them for any medical records on you in the the last 12 months, and it should show what your diagnosis is and what you have been prescribed. Then you take that to the MMJ clinic and they will write the recommendation. If for some reason you can't produce any medical records, you can see an MMJ doctor, usually a naturopath, and they will invent a reason for you. Some clinics have a doctor on site. Remember they only get paid if they approve you for mmj. It's a little more difficult than California but it's still easy. It's much better than risking Arizona's drug laws.
