Can anyone please tell me the benefit of using air cooled lights and do you connect the air flow in duck to it ????
The benefit of air-cooled lights is that they isolate the heat from the bulb and vent it right out, keeping the grow space itself cooler. And yes, you connect the duct (not duck) to it.
