Can anyone tell me about tolerance breaks???

  1. Ok, so I haven't smoked in like 3 weeks and I plan on going another month without toking up. How long does an effective t break need to be and will a longer one provide a more significant result, or is there a certain "cutoff" of effectiveness? My tolerance was about medium before I stopped smoking. Any replies are appreciated! Thanks!!
     
  2. A t-break is really self determined, not really sure if there is a time period where the effects of smoking again will be any more intense, I would say a good month or two is a solid time frame, but even just a week or two makes a big difference, especially if your toking up regularly.
     
  3. Lol tolerance about medium. well how much did you smoke per day? just habitual? daily? whenever? How much you blow in a week?

    Based off what you say, medium, and its tree not wax so when you smoke again you will be insanely ripped. A month itself break, smoking weed, will get u ripped. you dont really need those extra three weeks but hey you should techicnally get higher.

    Depending on your metabolism, thc will flush out your system at a certain rate and once its all flushed out, you have a new (reset) tolerance.

    I have been dabbing for ~8-9 months. A gram a week, i wont get baked. Just a buzzing high, it feels like the front of my body is high but nothing else. My highs have been more cognitive change than just feeling high lately. I need to break soon. Having insomnia my whole life, just makes breaks even harder because its my sleeping aid.

    DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HAVING LOW TOLERANCE. Thats my 2 cents.

  7. However long you can tolerate being away from Mary Jane is as long as you need to take, if you feel like you need some "space."

    I'm no quitter tho, so idk.

  8. T breaks never did much for me, I'd take a week off at most. Usually by my 3rd or 4th high I felt like my tolerance was back to where it was originally. I just slow down if I wanna lower my tolerance. Instead of smoking a G a day I'll cut back to a half. If I wanna go even lower I'll cut from a half to .25g. When I get to that point, I can make a bong bowl last me 2, sometimes 3 sessions. I've been smoking for 3-4 years now doing this method, and I can still get pretty damn high on a single bong bowl or a .5-.75g blunt.

    Vaping and combustion seems to have separate tolerances imo. Every time I smoke whenever I main vape, it's a killer session, and vice versa.

    Personally for me, I will notice a drop in tolerance after a single day... Like mentioned earlier, don't take advantage of a low tolerance. Those were my best smoking days, I don't think anything will top them
