Can anyone identify this?

    I found this along with 2 glass screens in my brother's old pipe case. It's plastic. Other than that I have no idea what I'm looking at...

    i THINK that you have a nozzle for a baloon. sometimes people blow their smoke into a bloon and use something that looks like that a a twist-seal. however balooning smoke is TERRIBLE for your health, and the only high you get from it is a lack-of-oxygen high. don't use baloons if you even remotely care about your health.

    The answers in here...

    It's a filter for cigarettes... They sell them by the box at most smoke shops... around 20 of them for 4-5 bucks... they're good for 3-4 cigs. After one you can start to see tar build up on the colored piece.

    It looks like a hookah filter tip to me.

    edit: I was close but i think shirogane7 is correct.
