can anyone help with seed info

Hi, im trying to get started growing and the prices at these seed banks are out rageous $40.00 for only 10 or 15 seeds thats crazy.and the cheap places that i found wont send them to united states. anyway my question is does anyone know where i could a few free seeds online or a least some at a reasonable price. I would hate to spend all this money on ordering some seeds and they dont grow or maybe even dont get here.If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.(thanx alot for reading) Rodney_1stunner
