First grow indoors. Vegged from seed for 7-8 weeks. Just switched to flower because they are about 14-18 inches tall now. I had them under 6 42w daylight cfl's. changed to 12/12 with a 400w HPS. My temps are at between 85-90 daytime and 60-65 nighttime. Do they look ok? I just started using nutes also for the first time. Please help
These are just some seeds my uncle got from the Cambodian jungle' plan on vegging for about another month and them switching to flower with te others
It wouldn't hurt to stress them a couple weeks longer before going to the flowering stage unless you're aiming for a quicker finish. They look healthy and by the pictures it seems you have a green thumb. So keep up the good work. If you want some extra co2, get a small bucket fill 1/4 full of brown sugar, a cup or two of flower with a pack or two of yeast to prevent it from getting moldy and if that happens, throw it out and do it again. That is of course if you don't already have a co2 or gas system going on here. Nutes are almost always good just make sure you're using the right ones for there stages. Also since you're flowering them now, and probably using your blooming nutrients or if you're not yet before you do flush out each plant with the same kind of water you have been using to water them 2-4x the size of the pot. From the pic, it looks like a 3 Gal. pot, so use 9 or 12 gallons of water and slowly run it through your pots like maybe 1 gallon every 3 minutes until you reach 3x the volume of the pot. You may hear other opinions about that at your plants at its current life cycle that are certified and honorable. Also make sure you do a flushing about 3 weeks before you're going to harvest.
They look good, but certainly don't look like a cambodian landrace... I reckon your uncle is bullshitting you and they are bag seed
The smaller veg plants are his. Said he got them from an old Vietnam vet who got em from the jungles of Cambodia. Either way they are really popping up. In regards to the older ones. I have been running them on a 12/12 for 4 days. Would it harm my plants to switch back to 24/0 for another week or two? To veg a little longer. I fear they are kinda short
