can a plant live after it goes into shock?

    Help!
    I checked on my plant it had an irregular growth spurt it didn't have a fan on it and I was blasting a 65 watt flood light lamp on it and I changed the dirt and watered it and it fainted on me and I don't know what to do I kept it standing and a light on it and I put a fan on it as well is there anything I should do more? What are my chances and how can I improve my chances?
