so I just bought this new piece and it is my first bong. I’m a bit confused about how to fill it. I have tried from the top and the bottom but every time the water from the top section completely drains below the holes since they are on the top of the arm. I mean...I don't know...looks like a nice piece though. I'd probably be filling it up via the mouthpiece, and maybe until it was above that first green thing.
I look at that then think How the hell do you clean that? then I ask the man How do I fill that...? lol Consult the owners manual !
I have a bowl as well for it, it’s just not in the photo. When I try and fill the water above the spout in the top chamber, the holes (all the slits on the green stems) drain the water until the bottom is completely full and the top chamber is full below any of the holes. When I do this the water in the bottom lightly bubbles and the water in the top seems pointless as it’s just sitting there. The issue I’m having is how high should the water be? Is the top section just supposed to be for decoration?

Fill from the cone stem to above the first air inlets, there shouldn't be any water in the top chamber...and good luck cleaning that thing.
Its a double chamber i think , so fill bottom first and then top. The top is too big to be a dry perc. Mess around with the water levels till it works for you.
