    About a month ago, a mate said to me something to the effect of, "Don't worry about it, you're fine, things could be worse." It sent me on a spiral. Trying to brush off the fact that I can be honest because I'm "in a safe space." As if the shit happening in my mind is so easily smoothed over.

    Anyway, this one came out of it.
