Calling all "Quick-Fix' Veterans

    I've been reading up on Quick Fix and have decided to give it a go for my upcoming pre-employment screening at Labcorp. Like most who have never subbed before, I am very nervous - mostly about maintaining the ideal temperature.

    Therefore, I have a couple of questions: should I use both the microwave and the heating pad to keep the urine warm? I am worried about the urine becoming too hot from the additional body heat due to crotching it. Would it be sufficient to use the microwave and then just crotch it without the heating pad? What have been your experiences?

    Also, since I only have 1 heating pad made by Quick Fix I cannot practice with it. I'm going to pick up some other handwarmers but I've heard that many of them can overheat the Quick-Fix. Any suggestions?

    I don't have to take the drug test for a couple of weeks, so I have time to get things right. I will be going directly to the lab from my home so I can use any method. I'm just concerned about the temperature. Need some feedback...
