So, Windows 10 threw a Hissy fit last night and somehow my Boot files got deleted so i had to do about 6 hours of cmd through the bios as it wouldn't boot. Fixed that. but i'v had a problem for a while. Every shortcut icon i create has this stupid red circle going through it. I'v obviously gone to the change icon setting and the icon it shows is without the RED thing. I'v just manually rebuilt the icon and thumbnail cache and a reboot, but it did nothing. When the desktop first launches, they appear without the red thing until what ever does it opens up. I'v had a look through startup and have no idea. It's been like this for so long, i can't remember how it happened. Any ideas?
