So I was at my dad's today hanging out like I often do. His roomate has two kids 5-8 and they play with kids in the neighborhood, and there a lot. Now theres this one girl who comes over to play. Now I've always known this girl's had problems, her father use to have her and her sister break into houses, they knew it was children because they found stepping stools in all of the houses to go to and also random petty stuff mixed in only a child would see value in. Reguardless, a child is a child and it's not her fault as young as she is for her up bringing. I've seen her around a couple times playing and my father said "She wets herself almost everytime shes about to go home." Now as a psychology major I had a pretty good idea what that mean but I didn't want to jump to conclusions. So I see here today and again she wet herself, this time when we went to check her out I saw bruises on her wrist, behind her elbow, on her upper arm and on her legs; mostly the thighs. I became fucking inraged. As I thought she wets herself to make her 'dirty' when she got home, so she began getting scared as she was going home. I was outside at the time and as she was walking home, her father was outside talking to someone and she said something, this fucking scumbag said "shut up you stupid cunt", to his 8 year old daughter. Now that is not a word to be said around children, to girls and especially your own child. Bow I expect no less from someone who could rape their own child. I began to go ballistic but the neighbor was out who happens to be a friend of family, a big biker guy and pretty much told him it was his buisness now and kinda put him in his place, they didnt fight but it came close. Either way, after hearing a child who I know was forced to break into houses being called a cunt by her own father, moments after i found out her and her sister are being sexually abused and child protection wont do anything, I called the cops and told them what I told you all now, they sent people out right away but I dont know what happened from there, The lady only told me tell the people in the neighborhood if they hear any screaming from the mother, the father or the daughters, even if it sounds like theyre crying from some kind of accident, call 911 until the problem is resolved. Normally I don't get involved in things except for things like pulling over for a crash or calling 911 on the way if i see it but cannot stop. Theres one thing in this world I cannot stand and those are the people who can abuse children, I hope this guy goes down hard but I doubt the police or child potectives will follow through till it's too late. I always see people who know of similar situations and even that the girl was being abused before but they didn't know sexually then, majority of people won't do something about it because they assume someone else will. Today this crossed the line and I was the person to do something, and I will check this girl for bruses and repeat this all again if i have to. sorry for the rant guys, this fucker has me real upset. you're own child for God's sake...
Try and take solace in the fact that when this guy gets locked he is going to get raped, beaten, and maybe killed. Not even criminals take kindly to child molesters.
A teacher that I once had told us a story about the fight he got into once. He was a member of some gym, and he went there everyday, he saw this one guy there everyday, and somehow my teacher knew his daughter (maybe thought school, idk I forgot) and anyways, he saw bruises all over her, and he was also into psychology. Well the next day at the gym, he saw that guy again, and knocked him the fuck out. And from what I remember, nothing was ever done about it, even though the police were contacted and notified.
Child protection is always over and he always falls through the cracks somehow. Unless theres something extremely physical, they won't take psychological damage into effect normally, they just take the enviroment into consideration and if it's habitable they won't do anything. This fucker needs to get caught.

kicking this guy's ass is more than likely going to get his daughters whipped on your best bet in this case is petrhaps to catch him in the act (having the neighborhood on the lookout was a great idea) how old are these girls? if she's wetting herself she's probably not very old but if she's breaking into houses? well then i'm confused if she can talk and she's got bruises all over she can probably tell the right person (cop, social worker, doctor, etc) what happened do these girls go to school? schools are a great resource for these sorts of things schools are in bed with the jakes, hospitals, social workers, etc. schools are a great doorway to government i'd get on the phone and around the neighborhood spreading the word (embarrassing a litlte girl isn't as damaging as it might be to let her live with her father any longer)
Beating his ass wont solve anything because chances aer you could go to jail on assualt charges or something. So, the only way thatd be good would be you could bring up this shit in court so they really cant do anything but investigate it. But really, beating his ass wont solve anything. MMaybe take pictures of their briuses or stuff.
Couldn't agree more...I'm no fan of callin the cops but that's something that needs to stop..and the police aren't fans of child abuse either..so knowing that they'll actually do something makes calling them a good idea for once... Although I do agree breaking his knee caps woulda been a better idea...that way every morning when he has to lift his legs out of bed and climb into a wheelchair..he can remember what he did to put himself in this position. Somethin tells me that dad doesn't care what the law says (he breaks into houses..) but everyone cares about shattered knees.. I'd gladly take an assault charge for that...no remorse at all. You don't have to be a certain age to pee yourself from fear...
Are you close with the girls OP? Maybe next time ask them where they got the bruises, and if they tell you (I don't know the laws there) you may be able to step in and withhold the children from him (make sure police are around at this time). In some places you can even "adopt" the child until the family figured out the legal systems and family issues so that the kid doesn't get lost in the system. *I say "adopt" because once the family is settled to a degree, you may have to give the child back.. or you can fight that you're a better guardian than the parents (who would have just undergone severe legal issues, boosting your case).
