    Great book I downloaded, and it's all about bodyweight training, provides baby steps and how to's to eventually achieve the SIX MASTER STEPS:

    One handed pushup, One handed pull up, One legged squat, Bridge, Hanging leg raises, HANDSTAND PUSHUPS :D

    Thought I'd share this...currently working on it myself, enjoy! :D (and feedback!)
