Is soon to be up for voter approval in the 2010 November election. Today they turned in nearly 700,000 signatures (they only need a little over 430,000) to get approval for the initiative to make it onto the ballot. Huge step for legalization in California and hopefully many states to come. Tax Cannabis 2010 its on that website
Yea, VERY exciting stuff... Looks like Washington is going to have to do the same thing... Gotta get a petition going in New York, ill sign it in a second.
