    My grandfather left me his revolver in his last will and testament. I am a medical marijuana patient and have a CDL registered recomendation. Will the CA DOJ refuse my intra-familiar transfer application?

    They shouldn't even know, unless you are carrying and for some reason need to show your MMJ card.
