  1. bumppppppppppppp

  2. Yeah, I've known about this for awhile but its good to see its constantly gathering attention. This needs to be stressed. If Cali goes, it will become a domino effect of states making their own decisions for a change.

  3. I like this alot!
there are some pros and cons to legalizing cannabis in California.
Pros- Anyone over 21 can buy/grow marijuana so its gonna be easy to get, prices are gonna drop (if you need to buy at all) and its gonna be a more acceptable thing to do in public.
Cons- Prices are gonna drop for the ones making money off it right now and maaybe the quality will get worse?? idk lol...

either way if it passes imaa smoke a fat blunt to it! :smoking:

  4. Wow, very sensible and good article, doesn't take any definite sides and talks about the views of both sides. Maybe all hope isn't lost with the media..

  5. Surprisingly easily the best article I have seen written about the subject. Nice post and well done article. Worth a read even if you already know about it.

That right there is how the news should be!

  6. YES! this is great news for all of you lucky people that live in cali!! I hope it passes! :smoking:

  7. 1. No, public smoking is prohibited in the bill language
    2. Well I dunno if I lived in Cali i'd be growing dank :smoke:

  8. So now what's going on?

    We wait............

  9. Yep... time, time, time...

  10. "The initiative would allow anyone 21 or older to possess up to an ounce of marijuana and cultivate plants in an area up to 25 square feet."

If I got to use 25 square feet I would have a lot more than an ounce. :smoke:

  11. Ive never voted before so im wondering a couple things. btw i am for legalization. Do i have to register beforehand or do those packets ive gotten b4 have to be filled out and mailed and will i have to vote on other things on the ballot or can i just vote for legalization?

  12. All the dealers will have to move/sell in these "dry counties"

  13. Lol good.. because midwest bud sucksss :D

  14. The quality will skyrocket due to free market competition. Who would buy sub par weed when 10 other companies are selling amazing bud?

  15. if this does pass what will happen to medical patients under 21?

  16. They will probably be able to keep their patient licenses as long as their doctors are still willing to recommend medicinal cannabis for them under the hypothetical new system we're discussing. Probably.

  17. We aren't voting to make it legal sillies. The vote will change it from a misdemeanor to an infraction. We can still get tickets for having weed / still get arrested for driving high... so not really legal

  18. Excellent, neutral article; it's good to see at least some impartiality remaining in the media.

Now all we have to do is wait for the battle lines to be drawn up...

  19. yeah, the vote is to make it legal for people 21 and older. You will be able to possess a certain amount of marijuana legally. You just won't be able to smoke around schools or in public places or drive under the influence. Which is fair enough just like in many places you can't drink openly in public, and you certainly can't drive drunk.
