  1. Is something serious.

Either that or I was coming down with the flu?

Popped an Advil, musanex, and multivitamin feel better.

  2. I dont know if it is serious, but it can give you headaches and maybe other minor effects.

  3. Wow... Just drink a cup of Joe billy... Drink it slowly now its hot and I wouldn't want you burning that purty mouth.

  4. Google caffeine withdrawals, it's similar to a crack c******* withdrawal from what in reading, minus the pyshchosis.

  5. They are nowhere near the same nor can you mention illegal drug usage on these forums.

  6. There is a ton of misinformation online (or in pop culture in general), especially about addiction/withdrawals.

Check out Dr Carl Hart for good information (not specifically about caffeine but addiction in general).

  7. You mean illegal drug use like consuming marijuana?

    Tsk tsk

  8. Lol I was going to say it but was like nah.

Anyway well if it wasn't the caffeine then I must have dodged the flu :smiley-rolling-joint::smiley-rolling-joint::smoking: really wasn't looking forward to being sick today.

  9. No caffeine for me as I have ADHD Combined type . I do notice if I don't properly care for my nutrition on my ADHD meds it causes a bad headache

Magnesium , potassium, and sodium depletion.

  10. Yeah I was going threw it last night man.headache, scratchy sorish throat, hot and cold at the same time, bodyaches, constipation, dehydration, irritability, weakness, I thought it may have been the caffeine.

I do know I'm done with blunts this recent health incident has made me go to a more medicinal way of smoking marijuana... Joints

  11. I know caffeine withdrawal, had to stop for a while because of a stomach ulcer.

People stopping smoking tobacco were examples of kindness, politeness and charity compared to what sort of cranky SOB I was, nobody wanted to be in the same room as me, it was so bad the doc put me on mild sedatives to get my down a bit so I wouldn't kill someone, I was not a nice person at that time.

Then the ulcer healed and I was soon back to a gallon a day and all was good in the world.

  12. Lol Dame a gallon of coffee a day, jesus Christ.

  13. How much coffee did you drink a day, and for how many years? And how long have you been off the caffeine?

Sounds more like you caught a bug, but some symptoms you had, the irritability, constipation, weakness, can be thanks to the lack of caffeine as you have the withdrawal giving the crankyness, constipation can be a side effect of giving up as we know coffee can get the gut working overtime, and without the stimulating effect of caffeine your body has to adjust so energy levels can drop temporarily.

  14. Oh yeah, used to do three pots at work alone every day. Cut it back a bit now, but still drink "above average" daily now.

You know you're addicted when you would waken in the middle of the night and needed coffee to get rid of the shakes before you could get back to sleep again...

  15. That's a lot cofee you must be a big guy 3 pots sounds insane, maybe It was a bug I caught. Id max out at about half a pot a day been doing that for a couple months. But have been drinking coffee on and off for years now.

I can only imagine how much cream and sugar you went threw haha.

And yeah coffee definitely keeps the bowels moving.

  16. Ain't likely to be withdrawal then, not on half a pot a day. We limit to three pots a day between two of us, I drink, effectively, 2 of them and I can still have a day drinking tea with no ill effects.

Over 40 years of coffee here, first cup aged 8 and hooked from the start, so you can guess how used my body is to having some blood in my caffeine stream

  17. LOL

    That

    Was

    Sooo

    Funny!
