Dont grow from seed. It'll take freakin forever!!!

You can purchase cuttings online quite cheaply. You can buy some generic cactus soil, wet the soil, and place your cuttings in it. You should see roots in a week or 2.

I've got some san pedro going now. they basically grow themselves. Every now and then, when the soil gets dry, i water them with 14 drops/gallon of schultz cactus food.

hey the colonel where could I purcahse these Cacti cuttings you speak of, and how long does it take to bloom after rooting please be less than 6 months

 

i take it your growing for the plants mescaline content, so i was wondering when the cactus does bloom or whtever, are there any extractions you have to do or is the mescaline technically like...usable str8 from the plant? unlike bud where u have to trim,dry, n finaly cure it.....just wondering as this is the only drug/plant info im in the grey area about...

 

These dont bloom AFAIK. I've never seen it happen.

There are some great recipies on erowid for ingestion.

Some people blend, boil, and strain till they get a reduction of a cup of cactus juice.

I've made cactus smoothies with a ton of lemon juice, though i didnt use enough cactus (6"long 3" thick). I'm gonna bump it up to about twice that amount next time now that i have a feel for how potent this particular set of cuttings is. They do differ greatly, so its best to start with approx 6" per person, just to get a baseline.

This stuff tastes pretty god awful. and dont ingest it too quickly or you'll yak everywhere.

The trip is quite a fun journey though. Best setting is outdoors in a park away from people.

this is kind of a long and irellivant story but here it is.
last friday i was trippin on acid and the scene got stale so me and two others went for a walk. this guy i was with was like "hey i know where a cactus is" so of course im like "fuck yeah lets go see it" everything was a great idea at that point. so we walked like two miles to see this cactus, but it was HUGE and just pouring into the street. it was like discs wif more thangs stickin out of it. we picked a fruit off it that was all purple and squishy.
on that walk i wrote on my arm. "cactus in one hand, pilgrim in other" cause i didnt want to forget.
oh yeah and i did have a pilgrim in my other hand.

 

You can ingest the cutting w/o rooting it if you want. You can cut them at any time, though i've heard the best time to cut is after a long dry period. I've heard of people not watering their san pedro's for a year, then ingesting them with great success.

Go to walmart/lowes/homedepot/any garden center, and get some generic cactus soil.




In the same area they should have some generic cactus food. 14 drops in every gallon of water you use.




I would recommend using clay pots because they do a better job w/ moisture control, but any pot will do fine.




Keep em outside or keep em in a decently lit window, water them when the soil is dry, and thats about it.




Whenever you want to clone a cactus, just chop a few inch section and let it chill until the place where you cut has dried up and glazed over a bit. Then you can set that end into some moist soil and roots should form within a week or 2 as long as you keep the soil wet.

allright thats cool but how long do you grow it for and if I ate the cutting would it be a good trip also +rep for the great info

 

you can grow it for as long as you want. 6"... 12"...just grow it as big as you want to trip.. plus a lil extra so you can regenerate the end into a new cactus.

I think its definitely a good trip. i'm lookin forward to givin it another go with a higher dosage, and with a small dose of lsd. Should be dandy.

 

I cant get LSD but I will deffinately mix it with a little shrooms or X if I can get my hands on it

 

mescaline has about the same duration as lsd. In my personal experience, i've found mescaline to be the closest thing to lsd.. even closer than shrooms.

Once you've taken it, it takes around 2 hours to start feelin the beginning effects. And you can be anywhere from 6-12 hours of trippin, though its not usually highly visual. Mostly body and mind and it feels fucking amazing.

The only reason you would get sick is from when you dose. If you take half a dose in a few sips/gulps, then wait 15 minutes, and take the second half, it should stave off the majority of the nausea.

Be sure you have plenty of Ganja to smoke while your tripping. A good combo i've found is if you take the dose while you're clear headed, and around the 2 hour mark smoke a spliff.... Mmmmmm..

Make sure you dont have anywhere to be for an entire day, basically. And trip with somone you trust.
