Chemdawg from clones 40 gallon super pots. These pics were taken in late August, just starting to flower. I have grown 15 ft. hybrids from clones in past years. Had to leave these when I moved to gloomy, wet, moldy Oregon. These were grown at 3000 ft. elevation with clean air and creek water. I miss CA mountains and big deer. The only thing big in Oregon are the aphids. Sent from my LM-X220 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
It’s growers like you who we miss back here in California. Hope you have a great New Year where ever you’re at. Wow those are monsters!
I had to leave them. I'm sure they were super high yield. The people who live in those mountains have developed their own potent strains. Sent from my LM-X220 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Oregon is so boring I might come back. Happy New Year to you and good growing! Sent from my LM-X220 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I looked at your garden and was totally impressed! Nice work and I know CA conditions and fire dangers. Sent from my LM-X220 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Big Bear hasn’t been affected too much by fires from my knowledge. Depends where you live. Mountain growing sounds more ideal as temps don’t get too high vs the desert and valley, like where I’m located.
I am up by Grass Valley. So the temps get pretty hot! But have learned to deal with that. Water less, but more often, especially in smart pots. Totally impressed with how small your pots are and how big your grow was! Impressive. I'm not in the ground because the gopher population have destroyed many of my plants. So I put hardware cloth under the smart pots to prevent them from chewing the bottom and still devastating my grow. Can you still get the hybrid clones?
That was a seriously nail biting year!! We got evacuated during the Cascade fire, but luckily at the last minute when we were ready to bug out, the wind changed direction and we were spared. We feared we were about to lose our home and everything along with it. Scary!
I grew up in Weimar/Colfax CA and am familiar with Grass Valley. I was growing in Oak Run/Whitmore NE of Redding in Shasta Co. I have found the Clones in Oregon to be genetically poor. There is a dispensary literally on every corner in Eugene and every dumbass thinks they can propagate cannabis. Found a Pit Bull x Northwestern Wreck that is extremely agressive but HUGE and streches between nodes no matter what I do. I'll post pics. It's crazy but they do catch up and I've stopped upward growth on these. Sent from my LM-X220 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
fuck me jack called he wants his beanstalks back! seriously impressive pics at top though, what do you look for with nutrients and hows your pest management?
Fastest growing strain I ever messed with. Definitely bean stalks. I stopped growth at top and branches are keeping up now. I have 2 of these at 4.5 weeks in flower with flat tops at 6 ft in my grow room. HUGE BUDS. The breeder claims 7 week flower time. Sent from my LM-X220 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Using soap water light mix for aphids and some sea grow flower on big plants and a hrdro veg mix on these clones. My plants in flower look to be half ponders. Sent from my LM-X220 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
