Buying for Minors

last year i offed 2 cartons of smokes to kids from my old high school.. i knew them they knew me so it was cool.. it's not like i started getting them to smoke at all, they already smoked..

but as for alcohol, i'd say a good age is 16 fuck what the law says.. still younger people are more prone to do stupid things.. havn't bought alcohol for minors

 

when i was young i always looked older than i was so i would just go in and buy blunt wraps, papers or whatever i needed, and of course if a friend needed somethin i had no problem scoopin up somethin for them.i used to consider it doing community service.never tried buying alcohol yet though since im only nineteen with no fake i.d. usually get somebody to get it for me or something.ive been thinkin about trying it one day at like a small package store and just acting like its a normal thing i do like i used to do buying papers and stuff.

 

for cigarettes and blunts and stuff i had a fake id. was actually just my normal id scanned and photoedited then printed but i just kept it in the clear part of my wallet and it worked fine in like gas stations. cant do that for alcohol though. so last time i wanted beer i grabbed a 30 brick, put a 20 down on the counter, yelled the keep the change and ran out hah. except yesterday i found out a girl that i work with's mom will hook me up at cost so thats nice

damn canada and there sweet temptations. everytime i turn around canada is trying to lure my over the border.
just outta curiousity what is the legal age to drink up there

 

The legal age in Quebec is 18, and 19 in Ontario

 

when i was 17 i could go into some gas stations and buy a pack without even gettin carded, i bought some cigs at my old headshop once and i flashed my ID and stuck it back in my back pocket without lettin the lady get a real good look (she hardly spoke/read english so i got away with it. funny because she thought i wasnt 18, but i acted cool about it and acted like i wasnt pullin anything. next time though.. she carded me and without even givin it a good look she points to some paper that says "if you are born before xxxx you cannot buy tobacco" and after about 10 seconds of bitching this guy next to me goes "GIVE HIM THE CIGS HE IS 18, JEEZ!". wahaha. i got her.

but now yes i will buy smokes/papers/whatever for minors. im not 21 yet but when i do turn 21 i would ONLY buy it for minors if i know them well enough to be responsible with it, not go ape shit and cause a ruckus.

 

all right, if i said i was under 18 i wouldn't be allowed on this forum, right..?? So when i was 13, I always appreciated people buying smokes and alchohol for me, but i found it hard to find someone willing to sell me pot.. So when I can, I'll buy minors pot ciggarettes and alchohol, as long as its somebody i can trust not to get me in trouble.

 

there's this one shell gas station about 2 miles away from me and the owner tells all his employees undeerage sales are ok.

 

i REALLY hate to say this on here..but im under the limit to subscribe to GC. but i love when people get me shit like papers or pipes..i cant stand cigs though.

its always good to have older friends that get shit for me like that. so i say thanks to you guys who do the same.

Nope, i won't buy or sell weed or booze to anyone under 21. There's enough prohibitionist crapola surrounding Weed i don't need to give the prohibitionists more ammunition.

 

cigs, papers,bowls, pipes, I have no problem with buying them for minors....Alcohol is a different thing....Adults have a hard enough time being cool with it let alone teenagers..... just my thoughts.....

 

I've only experienced someone who was over 18 buying me a pack of cigs once and that was it. During the hard times I had to buy my own pipes, cigs, alcohol, whatever I needed through stores that didn't care much bout age laws.

I love it going to a country for vacation where their are no age laws for cigs or alcohol. My cousin there thought I was crazy when I was happy that I bought alcohol and cigs at a local convenient store over there. (sorry, off topic)

I would think twice before buying a minor alcohol/tobacoo products. A lot of them are real stupid and inexperienced.

i used to have a lady that i knew that would buy me alcohol - she called it 'contributing to the delinquincy of a *geologyrox*.' When i was much younger, me and a friend would take turns asking people who were at a gas station if they would buy us cigarettes. I don't think i've ever bought tobacco products for anyone thats underage, but i bought lots of alcohol for my roomate at field camp, who was a year too young. I don't think I'd be able to bring myself to buy alcohol for youngsters (teens) that I don't know, i'd feel too responsible. when the time comes, though, i wont have a problem buying my little brother a bottle for his camping trips or whatever

back in the day there was a 7-11 near campus where you could look 4 and they'd sell you anything ahaha. Now I buy papers and pipes to my friends' siblings if tehy are not around, I still can't buy alcohol, but pretty much anybody I know has a fake ID and can get it with no problem.

 

I tihnk its cool, I mean, I always help out a a friend or some one I know is cool. But as far as I was a Kid I asked people a couple of times, actually I was cool with the local head shop owner when I was 15-16, I just walked in said what up, and he let me buy what ever I needed.

 

errm my dad bought my alcohol, and i dont smoke cigs.

But now if a kid asks me to buy cigs for him, i will.

 

damm only 16posts and he's already gone.......<------lol. But he admitted he was under 18. So i agree with u RMJL.
