    Owning a water pipe isn't illegal the resin inside is. Just don't buy anything dirty. You could probably sit on the side walk in the middle of the street ripping a $1000 bong as long as it doesn't have weed in it. Real shame

    You are way to paranoid. Dont meet at your house, meet somewhere public. And if its a cop, which it probably wont be, just say its a water pipe/tobacco pipe, you should be fine
