    My price limit is 250 i'm looking for a good one and i don't want it to be to big.

    I suggest ordering an apix piece. Dan makes great quality bongs for a great price.

    You may want to look at a nice bubbler for the size factor. A nice apix bub would be around your price and in size range and would hit very nice.
