busted

i just get done buying an ounce of some nice middies with a buddy and we go to the park down the road to check it out. then a spotlight comes on from a moving car down the road. we all know this to be the police. i throw the ounce in the backseat and hope for the best. its already 11 at night so i know luck isnt on my side. he quickly tells me to get out of the car and i know ive been caught. he brings his dogs in and finds the stash. he says its enough to get a ticket for. then about an hour later he calls my house and says its been elevated to a felony because they weighed it at the station and it was 26 grams. so the whole reason to this thread is what do you think will happen after all this. im only 17 and this is my first offense for anything.
