i am now serving my probation for my posssession charge...i lost my liscense for 6 months and have drug testing for 10 weeks...my first drug test is on thursday. this is all in Virginia where the law is very harsh.peace

I live in Oregon and i'm going to be going through that shit, once my court date and what not comes through...I sold weed at school (Which in this state is a Class-A felony) And im going through a drug assesment program right now in order to get into school next year, and it requires 90 days sobriety, 71 days left btw. But once i go through the courts and what not im expecting some community service time, probation time and a hefty fine.....we will find out.

they pulled him over after he treated a stop lights like a stop sign and
when they pulled him over he rolled down the window and smoked pored out of his car
i pulled behind the popo and told the officer i was his older bro and they told me to follow them down to the police station and before they put my friend in the car the popo said and i qoute
"You smell like an old man on sunday" i didn't follow him to the police staton but long story straight get a lawyer from NORML they kno whats up , they can get you off

ya, i'm on probation in tenn. for a poss. charge. i have a year of probation with random drug tests, a drug class to attend, and a sh*t load of fines. better luck to all you others faceing charges.

hey luke, were you on probation for a drug offence? if so where do you live?

 

How often are the test, if they are once a week you can smoke a bowl after the test, get mad fried and still pass the test a week later, dont smoke alot when u do, if u smoke a lil and ur system is clean before you do it it gets out of your system a week later and you will pass the test, also can they tell if its dilute, or do they watch you, if they dont watch u dilute ur piss and add like 2 drops of bleech to give it color and you should pass, if thats the case then you could toke everyday

 

I will answer all your questions. First off, I was in same situation as you and had to attend a 3 month drug course where they tested every other week. If I passed the class, I got to keep my license (got pulled over with pipe and open bottle of bacardi 151 in car). Anyways, whatever you do, DO NOT smoke weed anytime on this class because very rarely will they give you a second chance to take the class (luckily i got that 2nd chance). What kept me from going insane was taking DXM once in a while, drinking on weekends, and shrooming even though it's hard to find around here. If it's hard for you to quit just think of the nice high you will get when your tolerance is gone. Also, to test for shrooms they need to have a piece of your shit. Shrooms don't come up in piss and nor do they test for it so you will be fine.

 

you can only test for shrooms via blood analysis which is way way way too expensive for any state to do on a regualr basis

and even if they did, shrooms only stay in your blood for 3-4 days

 

Well the last time i was on a 90 day probation period it was 2 summers ago, i smoked more weed and tried more drugs during that time than i ever have before (or since) in my life. I went to drug classes stoned, talked to my PO stoned, the whole nine yards. My mom even turned me in and kept a journal of my activities (lots of shit there ). anyways i went before the judge for a shit load of probation violations, and he just let me off, i was stoned, and my case was adjourned at 4:20 (guess what i did after that ). Anyways, now im on DOC and they give random ua's and the what not but i still smoke about a bowl a week. If your feeling lucky try it, just go with your gut instinct at the time.

 

shrooms give a good buzz too. if you eat just enough to not trip, you'll just feel high for a long time. and it's not unhealthy (like weed). if you want to smoke, try a cigar. they will give you a short rush.

 

thats pretty shitty man, my brother just got off probation in early november... at least he got off in time to smoke on his b-day! as for smoking id say dont do it even though you can clean out your system, but if you want to just be careful! after my brother got off probation they cleared the drug charges off his record so thats always a good thing.. but if the time calls when you say fuck probation im smokin, just gimme a call... im in MI too... about 45 min west of detroit
