Busta was at Higher Ground in Burlington, VT last night, sickest show I've seen in fucking years. He had so much energy, the crowd had so much energy, such an amazing performer. Fucking amazing shit. He did a Yin Yang Twins cover, had the whole crowd chanting "Beat the pussy up! Beat the pussy up!" Took 5 shots of tequila and a brownie before going in; nicely buzzed for the opener (local guy, DJ A-Dog. He was sick, but his two friends were clowns and detracted quite a bit), then as that faded away the brownie kicked in and Busta came out. So high after taking a week and a half off from smoking, I was doing whatever Busta told me. I'm still hoarse from screaming so much. Was anyone else at the show last night? I know there are a couple other UVM blades and a couple more in the Burlington area. Or, has anyone else seen Busta somewhere? If you're a rap lover you need to see Busta.
