Burnt/dried out seeds

  1. Hi Guys

I left my autoflowering seeds (which were only germinating) in my grow tent:confused:. They were wrapped in a wet cloth and in a tuppleware box with cellophane over. I must've left them like that for at least 20 hours. They seem to have dried up and the root tips that had come out had lost their white colour and gone a dirty grey. What I have done is put them in soil pots (batguano soil) by a window.

What are the chances of them making it to seedlings??? I am just worried I have killed the seeds.

Do you think they can make it??

600 WATT LIGHT (distance around a metre or more away from the tuppleware box)
    Many Thanks

  2. Uhm, without a picture its hard to tell, but obviously the tap root shouldnt be turning grey like that. theres only one way to find out, and thats waiting. goodluck.

  3. drying out germinating seeds kills them. your seeds are quite certainly dead. also seedlings shouldnt go straight into heavily fertilized soil, so with your next batch dont use the bat guano stuff.
