Burning CDs with WMP

  1. So i created a folder with about 350MB of music in it.
I open up Windows Media Player and attempt to burn all of this music to a blank CD that has 700MB of space, and yet only a quarter of the songs that I have in the folder were actually burned to the CD.

Anyone know why WMP refuses to use the entire CD capacity?

  2. It's being burned as an audio CD for standard CD players, which factors play length instead of physical space. If you just want a straight data copy you'll need to set it to burn as a data CD.
