im pretty slim, i live near a gnc and i need to buy something that will make me gain weight, im slim like those people in japan, that shit doesnt fly in the usa Also i don't eat meat Need to gain mass weight and become bulked, i don;t like to work out at all, i hate working out someone help
have fun being 120 pounds i guess? srs id look into bulking vegetarian diets, you cant "buy" something thats going to make you gain mass, only hard work and a consistent lifting routine will get you there. get a gym membership and start eating like crazy, someone here posted the MADD (galon of milk a day) which may be beneficial to you. also weight gainer shakes can add a quick 1000 calories to make the bulking a little easier
Milk is your best friend as a vegetarian. Soy and peas are good too. You could buy a mass gainer from GNC, but it's not necessary. And if you don't work out it'll just make you fat. Take in more calories than you burn. Make a high percentage of said calories protein. Work out so that said extra calories express themselves as predominantly muscle rather than fat. There is no way around that. It's that simple. If you want more specific advice, ask a more specific question. Read through some of these threads. If you're serious about this feel free to message me with some questions, but if you do that then you better be ready to work out.
Dude if you don't wanna work out and want to gain weight your just gonna have to have jelly rolls lol. You have to work out if you want to be skinny and weigh more. Your better off stayin a twig than being fat.
alright you need to exercise but i am not gonna spent too much time trying to convince you of that, start by increasing your calories by 500 a day , 500 X 7 days a week = 3,500 calories which is how many calories there are in a lb. of either muscle or fat. so start with that and when you stop gaining weight bump it up another 500 calories a day the point is to try and gain slow so you don't get fat, but without some serious resistance training its gonna be a bit of mystery how your gonna stimulate muscle gain instead of fat, see the problem ?
You want to get fat? You don't need to buy anything to do that! Drink a cup of olive oil before every meal (preferably at McDonalds). Make sure you add bacon to every meal (including dessert). If you're really desperate you can try reverse liposuction. Seriously if you don't care about gaining muscle and want to gain fat, all you have to do is move as little as possible while eating as much as possible. I have no idea why you would want to do that, but who am I to judge?
so there is nothing i can buy? i eat healthy so gaining weight by not moving isn't really an option for me
why is it so hard for a guy like me to get fat lol without doing anything and still eating healthy...there has to be something someone is not telling me or doesn't know I look like a j-rocker from japan Im america this does not fly
yea man does not fly here. i used to be sorta jrockish. gonna cut my hair soon tho shame i like having long hair lke jrocker. do you listen to larc en ciel i love them live video but live is sometimes nice [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5D8R64PfKCo]YouTube - L'Arc~en~Ciel-Link[/ame] [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBe9ek8-T6g[/ame] pv video
The answer is your not eating enough garaunteed, just eat and eat, track your calories you need 4000+ if you want your 'fat' or why not do the gallon of milk a day.. You sound lazy bro figure it out!
Everyone is telling you to eat more you're not paying attention. You can eat the same healthy food just more of it. Vegetables obviously are not very calorie dense, but there's tons of vegetarian food that is... nuts, milk, and peanut butter for example. And while my last post was mostly joking, I'm serious about the olive oil. Either drink it or put it in your food, but half a cup adds almost 1000 calories. I could never drink it myself, but there are people that do it. You can buy a mass gainer from GNC if you want, but it's a waste of money compared to normal calorie dense foods.
well there is no magic food source regardless if its natural or a supplement that is gonna guarantee you put on muscle without a exercise program sorry no getting around that
You still aren't paying attention. Olive oil and peanut butter will do the same thing in fairly small quantities. But yes it does work. However mass gainer shakes often take like 5 scoops of the stuff so you better at least have the ability to drink a lot. I don't know why I'm even helping you. This is the dumbest goal I have ever heard of; not to mention you're stubborn and inattentive. Are you just trolling us? I've had that feeling from the start.
Dude, you wont work out or have the ability to eat a lot. Just eat no fiber and a bunch of junk and don't walk or do anything.
imo.. if you want to put on weight just doing pushups and abs is not enough man.. you will not get very good results and it will take alot of time to acctually put on weight from those.. sure you will put on strength but not much size I was in your shoes two years ago... I weighed 138 was 5'8... skinny with a tiny bit of muscle....no fat after two years working out at my college rec doing 5 to 6 days a week working specific muscle groups like monday = back tuesday = chest wed = legs thursday = shoulders Friday = biceps and tricepss sat = abs sun = cardio... I usually swim or ride my bike or rock climb do 5 to 6 different workouts that work the specific muscle do atleast 4 sets of each workout with reps like set 1 = 12 reps set 2 = 8 reps set 3 = 6 reps set 4 = 4 reps you want to pick a specific weight that will cause you to lift to failure at that number... remember when lifting the reps that count the most are the ones at the end of the set where you are most tired and struggling.. do not stop push through doing this alone will not get you big... its a two part thing, you have to eat right each morning as soon as i wake up I drink liquid eggs and orange juice mixed 4 eggs = 24 grams protein I would take a prework out shake (mainly stuck with NO shotgun) that had 20 grams protein after a workout I would take two scoops of WHEY protein = 50 grams protein At night I was taking a CASEIN protein Shake, two scoops = 50 grams protien and I was eating on top of that 4 medium sized meals a day with the majority of my food being protien.. meat or cheese , nuts, yogurt, granola.....ect after all that I now weight 165 thats a gain of 27 pounds in two years of pure muscle stick with it..
