Bulb question.

    What's a cheap bulb that can be used for growing?

    Get some compact flourescents (CFLs). 6500K light spectrum for vegging and 2700K for flowering.

    This is my first post, I've been looking at growing indoors.
    What about colored CFLs like at

    Don't use colored CFLs. Daylight (6500K) for vegging and warm white (2700K) for flowering
