so I have the opportunity to have all my utilities paid for here at this apartment. I’ve grown at all sorts of apartments everyone has mixed emotions on doing it there. Since it’s legal here it’s no big thing. But I like to be safe and ever worry plus I just wanted the extra space. So I built a silted bed frame for about 130 bucks and raised it up 4’6’’ and it’s 8 feet long. My question to all you grass heads is what light should I put in here? And any other info you’d like to give or advice.
Forgot to upload a pic I’ll upload more as I continue my progress I’m thinking of packing in a as many t5s as I can but let me know how you feel ?
Very poor floor protection. Nice hardwood floors. Are you growing above or below platform? How high is ceiling? Need way more mess protection. And walls can not be constantly moist. I don't usually do this, because I hate them, but you would be so much better with a cheap tent. Pot growing can be very neat. But it gets that way by learning from many many spills and unexpected things. Your nice floors and room won't be worth protecting by the time you figure out how neatly it can be done.
I would have made it a bit taller 53 inches isn’t a lot of head room. Def what was said above panda film sides, pond liner the bottom. Leds prob best Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
yes, you can hang your qbs right at the top and put the drivers on top. A floor mat under the whole thing would help. You'll be fine as long as you don't blindly follow others advice and make everything fit your grow space and style. I grow in a closet with very nice old hardwood floors and I never spill a drop. Cleanest closet floors in the county. My landlords should love me. Too bad I can't show them the beautiful clean floor.
It’s not finished yet silly head I still need to build it out more just put the pictures as a Journey documented this is my under bed grow journal
So ur guna sleep on top of ur garden? You should be nice and toasty in the winter with a 400 watt under ur bed! That’s almost genious! Looks nice
