building your own soil

I use to see here and there of a list of stuff for building your own soil does anyone know of this it starts something like this
2 parts perlite
1 part vermaculite
2 or 3 parts peatmoss
i have seen a few of these just the parts amout was differant i use to have a few of ed rosethal's books and seen it in there and was wanting to know if anybody has his big books and could look it up for me as my whole collection of books and vids were stolen a few years back and i just don't want to take the risk of ordrering it again also looking for the organic ferts list for makeing your own ferts with organic i have the whole lot of bat and seabird guanos, wormcasting, lime, and greensand but just can't rember the ratio's at which to mix them with the soil any help would help very much and thanks
