I was just spending some quality time with my plant, pruning some dead leaves off when i noticed little bugs crawling around on the pot, there are non on any of the leafs and they seem like they are coming out of the drainage holes in the bottom. They might be green or tan, being colorblind i can't say for sure, but they're tiny. Also, one of the drainage holes looks white, as though mold is growing on it, here is a picture: Here's a picture of the bugs too, kinda hard to make out, and an old old camera.
I cant see your bugs in that pic, but if any of them fly you have fungus gnats get some sticky traps and if your not in veg also a Hot Shot No Pest Strip.. most importantly, let the soil dry out till the plants actually droop, water sparingly, till this passes
