Random leaf hopper cold pressed neem oil does bugs and molds real good you can expect bugs to be in season this time of year good luck
Looks like what we call stink bugs. It has a little different color then the ones in Oregon. I don’t think it will harm your plant. You could just flick it off with finger. That’s what I’d do! Eagleyedye
