The purpose of this organiztion is to pursue the goal of the legalization of both medicinal and recreational marijuana. United States Drug War policies have criminalized and disenfranchised millions of Black and low-income individuals throughout the United States, and the effect of this unjust policy has resulted in the mass incarceration of Black males throughout Buffalo. Drug tests also serve to keep million of able-bodied, young men out of jobs, and on street corners.
