Buds not filling in....

  1. First time grower, so bear with me lol. Started from seed back in May and switched lights to 12/12 in August. Didn’t too topping or much training but giving nutrients and checking ph levels. Any advise or suggested problems. Or am I just being impatient lol?

  2. My father-in-law trimmed a bunch on leaves off around 2 weeks ago. I’ve attached pics, its heathy and always has been as far as I can see.

  3. I take it you've never heard of topping/supercropping.....much less flipping the timer to 12/12

  4. I do now but was to late with these two. What are your thoughts?

  5. Horrible lighting resulted in a stretched plant. The buds will fatten more but it's not going to fill out much more

  6. wow

I'd say stay with that for these plants and finish them but for the next you need more light..

  7. I think before you start another grow that you read as much as you possibly can, then read some more. Then, after that: try everything you read. If you fuck up the plant, clone it. Hands on is different than reading about it.

Remember that: growing is a numbers game. If you get the numbers down, you got it.

  8. The buds are going to be super airy aka popcorn buds due to whatever kind of lighting that is...pick yourself up a hps,cmh or good led and learn how to top and low stress train, keep the ph levels and ppm in check with some good nutrients and you'll do much better next trip..happy growing.oh and keep it clean and your temps and rh within range and lots of air flow too buddy and your buds look like they have 5 or more weeks left imo.

  9. Yeah the lights were ok when they were small, any suggestions on inexpensive light that would cover 2 plants?

  13. First time growing thank you for the advise. I now the lighting is for shit it’s what I had. Please give some suggestions on relatively inexpensive light systems for around 2 plants

  14. Newer pic, like I said first time ever growing. Need some light suggestions please

  17. Your right on track with your timeline as I am with my plants. Forgive me for the picts, my 8 were all outside from june till Sept. But your buds are looking very close to where I am at un flower. 20190911_215153.jpg 20190910_095731.jpg 20190911_215214.jpg

  18. If heat wouldn't be a issue I would get a hood and a 600w HPS/MH setup, if its kept in a smaller area that heat is going to be a problem I would suggest LED, those I dont know much about. I use a open room to grow in so heat is never a problem.

  19. Those plants are so long only the top few buds will be in optimal light. You should get a tent. Having reflective material the correct distance from your light footprint will increase the light that hits the plants by 20-30% depending on how well your tent matches the light footprint.

You also need to work on training. Can't fault you for a first grow but you won't maximize your space growing like that. You want to concentrate all the canopy in the zone of best light output and fill it wall to wall.

My current crop at flip to 12/12. Looks like a different plant compared to yours.

Look at this picture and learn from it.

You have to shape a plant to get the most from an indoor light.

You can still bend them over, slowly...not all at once, just make sure its about 3/4 up the plants, soften the stems 'bout a 6"section ", then slow IMG-20190903-WA0000.jpg IMG-20190903-WA0000.jpg 20190909_141658.jpg 20190908_173834.jpg 20190905_072304.jpg 20190901_104145.jpg IMG-20190903-WA0000.jpg 20190909_141658.jpg 20190908_173834.jpg 20190905_072304.jpg 20190901_104145.jpg ly bend them, then tie them, this plants been lst'd and supercropped about 4 an half months, on 5th week flower
