  3. Thank you bro!! I got some really good LEDs. The bar style. And I also got some Cree cobs. I love those. We had to overhaul a 1980s fluorescent grow room that the uncles used to use back in the day to pump out some “sines”— lol in order to retrofit for LED but check it out. That’s what that second picture is lol my buddy lives on a farm. the basement is damn near the size of my apartment. Lol anyway, we retrofitted it into LED running some headband 99 genetics and purple Mimosa (also a few mystery seeds) luckily, I met a lot of more growers in breeders since my old grows :)
    Original room
IMG_1631.jpeg We took down the big fluorescent fixtures, and now there’s a very nice sturdy 4 x 4 tent in there. Dehumidifier.. AC.. access to venting the tent heat out of a window :) stay tuned.

Waiting on one more headband 99 n 2 purp mimosas that don’t even look cracked yet either way I have eight more feminized headband 99 x Cinderella 99 how.. def gna create a mother from one of those.. hi buddy also has a seed from Maine called Griffey Cut. (Gotta look more into genetics on that) I put my first seed in some fox farms happy frog. In about a half gallon container. Go and check on it tomorrow morning. I dimmed my Cree cob unit to 10% n put it right above

  7. The good thing about having this tent, so deep into a basement, is, I don’t think light leaks will even be an issue. We’re most likely going to be setting the dark time for late at night anyway so .. it’ll be dead ass dark down there :) waiting on my big led extension chord to mount driver outside tent. Should be here within an hour. Then I’m gonna head over to the grow and see if anything popped above ground. Dehumidifier already installed. I see that the fan his way over powered for a 4 x 4… when I turn it on full. Even without all of the portholes closed. It literally sucks it in so much. (Negative pressure)— on my last bro I used a 4 inch can fan and allow that to pump some air inside the tent. While the big exhaust fan drew it out. Nice lil active exhaust

  8. I’m going to see how this light, plus my Cree cxb3590 COB fixture (100x) total does for veg. Then I might double up on the aglex M320s for late veg flower. They’d both fit perfectly in a 4x4 n have daisy chain Jack features. .. really not that bad for a cheap light extremely fucking bright..

  9. OK, so instead of using 5 gallon expensive felt grow bags. Jus use some Walmart reusable shopping bags. Throw them in a washing cycle if you’re worried about the dye. I use the red reusable Walmart bag one time. And it works just as well as the expensive smart pot.

  10. 3 more sprouts!! Nothing above ground yet (one headband planted yesterday) I’ll see tmrw. Taking these 3 home to muse till they can go into the tent. Besides. They can survive as seedlings under my 24 hr watch then go into tent :)

  12. Fan vented fully image.jpg fixing driver outside of tent image.jpg current spot till I can mount it to wall w proper screws. Vent fan worked perfect!! image.jpg All lookin nice. Jus the cobs on low for the one seedling in the tent. I have three others at my house in dirt. And then for being popped in a paper towel. I’m not having much hope for this one in the tent. It was more for practice. image.jpg image.jpg Stoked to get these babies in here. Hard part done. Tent. Assembled

Yes, I’m gonna see how that light n the Cree cobs do together. I have an old 315w blurple/6000k n 3500k diode unit too. I don’t know. I’m thinking about getting another light for late veg n flower. Putting at like 605w. They sell 185w Cree cxb3590 unit on Amazon for like 200$.. I love the mix of spectrums with the COBs n the big LED.. all the COBs are 3500k..everything is set up, n ready to go. Vented. Powered. Just got to connect my timer and that will be the final .. just waiting for the seedlings. (Forgot this is the most pain in the ass process.) image.jpg 3 cups with germinated seeds. I also have four more sprouting in the paper towel. Nothing popped above ground since yesterday but I guess I need to learn patience. It’s barely been 24 hrs. Lol..

Happy birthday to the seeds that popped up above dirt!! One at my house on my windowsill, which is now sitting under an old LED on low. And one that I left in the tent, actually sprouted which is really good news. Meaning that the environment was even strong enough to support seedlings left for two days with just a watered half gallon pot. Yay! 7/13/23 happy bday. Lol.

  19. For some reason with the extension cord on this LED. (This separate 6.6 foot cord. I had to buy so I can mount the driver outside.) it’s kind of rendered useless or at least the dimmer is. When that extension cord is connected, it doesn’t allow for the other cord to be screwed in (which I assume obviously turns on the dimmer) when I have my driver mounted outside and the LED extended piece I bought. The dimmer will not work. I mean if I mounted inside it will be that defeats the purpose of buying extension cord. I’m gonna call the company.
