    At dispensaries they have to call it "cold water extracted kief", it'll definitely bubble and flame on ya

    ^I'm not sure of the exact law, but I was asking about the hash and the woman told me you can't say that in here. You have to be careful of what you say and it's kief.


    Bubble hash is extracted kief using ice water and bubble bags

    Yeah, that's not a CA law. They fairly recently made solvent extractions (BHO, QWISO) illegal to sell at dispensaries because of the potential danger from the solvents used, and maybe they are misinterpreting that. Unless it's a weird local law, you can definitely still call hash hash.
